The NCMC Science Section wll host its annual Science Section Breakfast on Friday, March 6th which is open to anyone registered for the annual NCMC conference (being held in conjunction with SCFM in Rock Hill, SC – click here for Conference information), especially science museum staff and volunteers from throughout the Carolinas. Attendees are encouraged to attend and share ideas, information and materials with others during the breakfast, which begins at 8:30 a.m. and runs until approximately 10:30 a.m.
During the breakfast, the main presentation will be: Green Man Group Presents: “Doing Green Education Programs on a Limited Budget”
Green Man Group shows how to create eco-friendly education programs with limited funding. Green Man Group will approach the topic from a fun, friendly angle and present examples to share with the audience. The Green Man Group consists of:
Harry Warren- Moderator, Director NC Museum of Forestry
Kellie Lewis- Director of Education, NC Museum of Forestry
Tom Falvey- Director of Science and Outreach, SC State Museum.

NCMC section members are not required to attend their own section breakfast and may choose to attend a different presentation if desired.
