Registration

(depends on selected options)

Base fee:
  • For current NCMC Members only through February 21st
  • For current NCMC Members who are registering for the full conference after February 21st.
  • For those only interested in attending the conference on Monday, March 30th. This does not cover registration for events occurring on any other day.
  • For recipients of NCMC's 2020 Student Scholarship Memorial Award and Diversity & Inclusion Fellowship Award.
  • 2020 Conference Partner registration is available to our exhibitors, and sponsors. For questions and additional information, please contact our Annual Meetings Chair Alicyn Weidrich at annualmeeting@ncmuseums.org.
  • This registration type is for recipients of our 2019 Free On-site Consultation Service (FOCoS) only.
  • For those interested in attending the conference that do not have a current NCMC membership
  • For students interested in attending the conference that do not have a current membership with NCMC
  • For students with a current NCMC Student Membership or who attend a program with an institutional membership.
  • For those only interested in attending the conference on Sunday, March 29th. This does not cover registration for events occurring on any other day.
  • In partnership with the Virginia Association of Museums, NCMC is offering full registration to the conference at the NCMC member rate. For current VAM members only.

  • Enter email and security check code
  • Select registration type
  • Enter registration information, fill in dietary information if required, and select Saturday and Sunday activities. If registering other staff members, please add on this page.
  •  Select payment method and enter information


Instructions for Institutional Members

Did you know that institutional members (Tier II and up) can have multiple staff members associated with their account?  When registering for the conference, this will help to streamline your registration process and your staff can register at the member rate.  Need to add staff members to your account?  Your primary contact will need to login and do the following:

  • Login to your member account
  • Select your profile name in the top right corner of the page
  • Scroll down to "Bundle Summary"
  • Select "Add Member" 
  • Enter their information

CANCELLATION POLICY

A $50 processing fee will be applied to all cancellations and substitutions. All cancellation requests must be made in writing by e-mail to conference.admin@ncmuseums.org

Cancellation requests received before March 20, 2020 will receive a 100% refund on registration and event fees, minus the processing fee. No refunds will be granted after March 20, 2020.

Registrants who are no longer able to attend the meeting may request a substitute attend in their stead by submitting their request in writing via email to conference.admin@ncmuseums.org. The substitute must be from the same organization. Substitutions will be accepted until March 20, 2020. Once the request has been received, the original registration rate and any event tickets purchased will transfer to the new attendee. Substitution requests will not be accepted after March 20, 2020.
