Attendees to the NCMC Annual Conference must be Individual Members, Student Members, or associated with Institutional Members.

Registrants will be assessed an Individual Membership onsite if Individual or Student Membership is not current.

Registration & Payment
Registration fees include meals and activities for that day.
If you are attending the Directors Forum, please be sure the payment option includes that activity and you have selected that session on the registration materials.
For activities with limited seating, current Members will receive priority; those registering and/or paying Membership on-site will be accommodated as space allows.
Registration is complete when payment is received.
Combining payment for multiple people
If multiple people will have registrations paid for by an organization through a single payment, please consider using the BusyConf Conference Registration service which allows this ability
Online registration is for registration and payment utilizing the facilities provided with the BusyConf site with a credit card only. Please note that a 6% handling & service fee is included in the prices to cover the cost of using BusyConf services.

To register using a check, please print the Registration form and mail completed form and check made payable to "NCMC" to

NOTE: If "NCMC" is in your Accounts Payable System, the Post Office Box/Raleigh address may print on the check. To ensure quick registration, mail to the NCMC Treasurer as directed, not to the NCMC Post Office Box.
For a complete list of all ticket fee's please refer to the NCMC Conference registration site powered by BusyConf. Please note we have had to include a 6% handling fee to cover the cost of utilizing the BusyConf site.
* Directors Forum must include a Sunday only or Full Conference registration.
**After March 14, please see the conference website and follow the instructions for On-Site Registration to register directly with the Conference Administrator.
Online and by-check registrants will receive confirmation of registration & payment from the NCMC Conference Administrator by email. Please save this email for your records.
Corporate Partners, Vendor Hall participants or Conference Sponsors should contact the Annual Meetings Chair directly to arrange registration.
Please communicate any special needs with Conference Administrator when you register or upon receiving confirmation of registration & payment. Please note that any special dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten-free) will have to be arranged prior to the conference. NCMC cannot consider every option when setting menus with caterers, so if you do not communicate in advance, it is likely you cannot be accommodated.
